Feel secure that your cabinets will perform as promised

We offer you, the customer, a limited warranty to back up our cabinetry just in case something goes wrong, and your cabinet or new furniture doesn’t hold up or perform to the standards we claim. Midwest Commercial Millwork, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that our casework will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of five years.

Additionally, we provide a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser on the door hinges and drawer glides. Replacement hinges and drawer glides are subject to their availability from our suppliers. A guarantee does not apply to the security of items left inside the cabinets, with or without locks installed.

How to care for your new cabinets

Although we offer a five-year warranty, we recommend certain care routines to keep your laminate and wood in as best shape as possible. For your convenience, we have developed a cabinetry care guide for your reference.

General Cleaning

Most laminates are resistant to staining from household substances. Normal cleaning should require nothing more than a wipe down with a damp cloth or sponge. If you have tough marks you may use an all-purpose cleaner, such as Fantastik, Formula 409, or Pine-Sol. We recommend cleaning up and spills as soon as you can. If you’re using a chemical cleaner, make sure you rinse with clean water. This ensure’s no chemical buildup occurs.

Stubborn Stains

If you have a stain on the laminate that won’t come off with the methods above, you can try the following cleaners. Please use in the order listed.

• Methylated Spirits
• Acetone
• Paint Thinner
